The goal of Norman Village Montessori School is to cultivate the young child’s own natural desire to learn. The classroom is geared to the size, pace and interests of children, primarily between the ages of 3 and 6, and offers a wide range of opportunities for exploration and self-development. The program fosters self-motivated learning, independence and respect for others, while allowing children to exercise their natural curiosity and creativity. Children love learning through play and their play is clearly their work (development) in these early formative years. The summer program materials are modified to include school age children.
